Get Your Florida Real Estate License
These courses are pre-licensing courses and their completion is required by the state in order for you to obtain the state license.
Sales Associate Course
The first step towards launching your Real Estate career as an agent is to take a Sales Associate course.
Broker Course
After acquiring two years of experience as a Sales Associate, becoming a Broker takes your career to the next level.
Renew Your Real Estate License
These courses are post-licensing courses and continuing education courses. Their completion is required by the state in order for you to renew the state license.
Continuing Education
Meets all 14 hours of FREC requirements for both Sales Associates and Brokers renewing their Florida real estate license
Sales Associate Post
The Florida Real Estate Commission rules require anyone with a Sale Associate license to complete 45 hours of Post-License education prior to their first license renewal deadline.
Broker Post
The Florida Real Estate Commission rules require anyone with a Broker’s license to complete 60 hours of Post-license training prior to their first renewal deadline.
Reactivation
If your real estate license has been involuntarily inactive for more than 12 months but less than 24 months you can reactivate your license by taking our 28-hour Reactivation course.
Core Law
Included in the 14-hour CE course, the 3-hour Core Law course is also offered separate for students who only need this required 3-hour course.
Business Ethics
Included in the 14-hour CE course, the 3-hour Business Ethics course is also offered separate for students who only need this required 3-hour course.
Escrow Management
This course meets the FREC mandate requiring licensees in violation of escrow accounting procedures to complete 4 hours of escrow management education.
Instructor Continuing Education
This 4-hour Instructor Techniques course is for Florida Real Estate Instructors only.
