Get Your Mortgage Loan Originator License
This course is a pre-licensing course and its completion is required by the NMLS in order for you to obtain the MLO license.
Mortgage Loan Originator (Pre-License)
This is the required course that must be complete in order to become a Mortgage Loan Originator.
Renew Your Mortgage Loan Originator License
This course is a continuing education course and its completion is required by the NMLS in order for you to renew your MLO license.
MLO Continuing Education
The SAFE Act requires that Mortgage Loan Originators complete a minimum of 8 hours of approved continuing education, including 1 hour of Florida specific education annually.
Insurance State Exam Prep Course
These exam prep courses and simulators provide you with the extra tools that help you succeed in passing the state exam.
NMLS Exam Prep Course
